Rajaa Kantaoui is a strategic Public & Government affairs expert, specialist in crisis management and sensitive industries Branding. Rajaa is currently holding the position of Government Affairs Director at Siemens Healthineers. She was previously working for Bayer North africa & Middle east as Head of Communications and Public & Governmental Affairs at Bayer Middle East North Africa. She has extensive experience in establishing communication and public governmental departments, having previously done so in West Central Africa. Prior to joining Bayer, Rajaa was responsible for external public relations at the British Imperial Tobacco group and also served as Marketing & Communication Director at Sothema Laboratoriesas. She also worked in two investment holdings Mutandis and H&A Investment Holding. Rajaa worked on many political campaigns and advocated for women’s empowerment, public health and education in Low middle-income countries. Rajaa is extremely passionate about Human Sciences and Brand Management and holds a Master’s in Marketing & Communication from ESG Grenoble School of Management, and a BA in Information Sciences and Audiovisual from Journalism High Institute. Additionally, she executed the Harvard medical school executive program on Health and Welness : Designing a sustainable health strategy. She has also completed training in crisis and Political Communication in the United States and served as an observatory member during the American electoral campaign. Rajaa is a sought-after speaker and regularly moderates national and international conferences and forums on leadership and crisis communication. She served as a founding member of the Imperiales office and held the position of vice president.
